Our policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition in packaging. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit.
How to return
Contact us
Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange.
Pack it up
Place the item in its original packaging (or any secure packaging) with tags attached.
Send it back
We'll send you the return address and instructions. Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
Refund or exchange
Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, or your exchange ships straight out.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are free — just let us know what you'd like instead when you contact us.
Received a faulty or incorrect item? Contact us straight away — we'll fix it at no cost to you, with return shipping covered.
